I was in your shop a few days ago and spoke to Erik Rudolph.  I had some questions about getting some work done on my truck.  I just wanted to let you know, I was very impressed with Erik’s knowledge and professionalism.  He answered all of my questions with suggestions on different lift kits and explanations of the differences and benefits of my options.  Because of him taking his time to talk with me and answer all my questions, I will be using your shop for any work I would like to do on my truck.  Thank you for creating a great atmosphere providing a professional and courteous staff.

Hey man, Joe W. here -- I brought my 07 Wrangler in this morning with the death wobble problem.  Follow up is that your fix for the warped spacer did the trick -- there is no noticeable shimmy any more at any speed.  
Moreover, the DW problems are infamous for being caused by a dozen different things -- so I had NO clue where to start or how to fix the possible problem myself.  In short, you could have easily told me about anything you wanted and suggested all kinds of expensive "fixes" and upgrades.  Instead, what I got was an honest answer, a quick fix, some great advice on what "next steps" I should take in upgrades and expected service needs in the future, and a very gracious resolution to my problem.  

You earned not only my business today, but also my trust.  Thanks -- honestly and integrity in business is a rare commodity these days.

I just want to say the Jeep rides great, she looks almost perfect (now I need to step up the tire size just a touch) and I really appreciate all the help. Please let Chuck know as well. I was concerned after the first set of springs and the spacers, but you made good on your word and sorted me out. It is refreshing to deal with a shop that actually puts the effort in to make things right. I will definitely be coming back as I work in more mods, hopefully getting to the point of doing the AEV Highline kit, gears, etc. that should be a few years out though.
