Nemesis Industries’ body armor is now available at High Country Performance 4x4! Unlike other body armor, Nemesis offers a full line of heavy duty aluminum body armor called Forged Gear for TJ, LJ and JKs (Jeeps from 1996-present). The benefit of aluminum is that it is light weight, durable, and never rusts! Additionally the Nemesis Industries JK armor you can easily fit 35” tires with no lift, 37” tires with a 2” lift and 40” tires with a 2” kit and fender trimming. 

 
For TJ and LJs the aluminum body armor will allow 35” tires to fit with a 2” lift and minor trimming on the rear. 37” tires or 40” tires will fit with a 5” lift and may require pushing the rear axle back to extend wheel base to avoid tire rub.

All Forged Gear front fenders are flat fenders made of 3/16” aluminum; they are a clean lined flat fender like you have never seen before. Fenders do accommodate LED marker lights and blinker lights. Front flat fenders come in 4”, 4.5” or 6” flare.

Forged Gear rocker armor (aka Billy Rockers) are the first of its kind engineered to absorb sharp impacts so the body of the Jeep will not be damaged. The rocker comes in three pieces – body armor, impact absorbing space, and the rocker armor. The rocker will not attach to a vehicle without the body armor as they are designed to work in combination to protect your jeep.

Forged Gear rear corner armor all come with 4.25” LED round cutouts for tail lights. Rear corner armor comes in factory size, 1”, 5” or 8” opening to accommodate larger tires. The flare can be 4”, 4.5” and 6.5” size. 

If you are tired of lifting up your hood and touching the greasy factory hood prop then the Forged Gear Hood Riser is your answer. The Hood Riser uses shocks to do all of the lifting and holds the hood up while you work on your engine or display it for a show. Nemesis Industries can even cut in a custom logo for your company.

Half doors are always a great option for days spent on the trail. Nemesis Industries offers all aluminum doors that come complete with a pocket inside the door for storage and will fit Bestop half door upper windows! This is a great option if your Jeep came with a hard top and you simply want a bikini and half doors to cruise the streets or trails.
